Inspiring and motivating employees through story-driven design
PRA Health Sciences unveiled their new corporate values under the acronym HI*PRA—designed to define and celebrate the best of PRA’s culture. The goal was to create a brand and campaign that employees could genuinely connect with and carry into their professional and personal lives.

I led the visual branding and helped shape the campaign strategy, resulting in a series of five videos—each spotlighting an employee who embodied one of the HI*PRA values. From script to screen, I worked closely with the team to ensure each story felt authentic and inspiring. By featuring employees from different roles and global offices, the campaign underscored PRA’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and human connection. Rolled out over the course of a year, the series became a powerful tool for engagement and values alignment across the organization.
